Cost ranges on this site are typical figures, not quotations. A price is issued only in a written scope, after someone has been to the property and looked.

Contractor licensing and registration in Kansas is administered by the state, and the state's own register is the authoritative record. Verify any contractor there, including this one, rather than relying on a number printed on a website or a vehicle.
What we do not warrant
Information here is provided as it stands, and a repair stabilises what was measured on the day; soil moisture keeps moving afterwards and a structure can continue to adjust. Warranty terms, where offered, appear in the written scope and are the only commitments that apply.
